處理染料廢水
染料廢水成分復(fù)雜、水質(zhì)變化大、色度深、濃度大，處理困難。處理方法主要有氧化、吸附、膜分離、絮凝、生物降解等。這些方法各有優(yōu)缺點，其中活性炭能有效地去除廢水的色度和COD?；钚蕴刻幚砣玖蠌U水在國內(nèi)外都有研究，但大多數(shù)是和其它工藝耦合，活性炭吸附多用于深度處理或?qū)⒒钚蕴孔鳛檩d體和催化劑，單獨使用活性炭處理較高濃度染料廢水的研究很少。 [6]
活性炭對染料廢水有良好的脫色效果。染料廢水的脫色率隨溫度的升高而增加，而pH值對染料廢水的脫色效果沒有太大的影響。在 吸附工藝條件下，酸性品紅、堿性品紅廢水的脫色率均>97%，出水的色度稀釋倍數(shù)≤50倍，COD<50mg/L，達(dá)到 一級排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
