電工鋼硅鋼片：寶鋼激光刻痕磁疇細(xì)化型產(chǎn)品磁性能檢測(cè)采用了單片測(cè)試儀進(jìn)行測(cè)試，通常情況下取向電工鋼只測(cè)試平行于軋制方向的磁性能水平，特殊情況可以約定分別檢測(cè)平行于軋制方向和垂直于軋制方向的磁性能。具體測(cè)試方法符合 GB/T 13789-2008（IEC 60404-3:2002，IDT）相關(guān)規(guī)定，測(cè)試試樣公稱(chēng)尺寸為 500mm×500mm，測(cè)試試樣長(zhǎng)度的誤差在±0.1％以?xún)?nèi)，測(cè)試試樣的質(zhì)量誤差在±0.1％以?xún)?nèi)。為保證磁性測(cè)試結(jié)果對(duì)帶鋼磁性能的代表性，裁剪大單片試樣時(shí)，試樣中心位置與帶鋼寬度方向中心位置偏移量控制在≤50mm，試樣邊部距離樣板邊部控制在≥100mm，試樣縱向與樣板軋制方向的偏離角度≤1.0°，如附圖 A.2 所示。試樣要求剪切整齊、福建寧德當(dāng)?shù)仄教梗苯切院?，表面清潔，無(wú)影響性能試驗(yàn)的缺陷，試樣邊部不允許剪切后打磨，剪切毛刺高度不應(yīng)高于 20μm。大單片試樣不經(jīng)過(guò)應(yīng)力退火處理直接測(cè)試。
